Q.How much does it cost to park my car at the airport?
A.The first two hours are free, then the rate is $1.00 per hour with a
maximum of $7.00 per day and $30 per week.
 
Q.Why doesn’t Southwest Airlines fly to Bryan-College Station?
A.Southwest Airlines offers service primarily in larger markets serving a
minimum of 1,000,000 passenger enplanements per year.

A.Both American Airlines and United offer competitive airfares from
Easterwood Airport. For the best fare, start your search early, be flexible
about your dates and flight times, and check the fares frequently.

Q.How do I contact Lost & Found?
A.If you lost an item on the aircraft, you will need to contact the local ticket
counter personnel for that airline. If you lost an item at the security
checkpoint, you will need to contact Transportation Security
Administrationpersonnel at (979)691-7256 or the Federal Security
Manager at(979)691-7251. If you lost an item at the airport, you will
need to contactAirport Security at (979)845-8511 or at the Security
counter on theground floor of the terminal.
 
Q.How much is an airline ticket?
A.Each airline sets their own fares and schedules. Contact a local travel
agent or the airline directly for the best fare to meet your needs.

Q.I printed my boarding pass on-line. Do I still need to check in at the airline
ticket counter?
A.If you have bags to check, you still need to go to the airline ticket counter.
If you only have carry-on baggage, you may proceed directly to the
security checkpoint when it is opened for screening.
 
Q.What if I don’t have a picture ID?
A.If you do not have an official photo ID issued by a government authority,
you must provide two forms of identification. Acceptable forms of ID
include: valid driver’s license, military ID, valid passport, company ID card,
credit card, Social Security card, or school ID card.
 
Q.Does my child need an ID to travel?
A.Children under the age of eighteen traveling with an adult are not
required to show ID at time of check-in.Children traveling alone between
the ages of fifteen and seventeen need one of the following: driver’s
license, passport, credit card, school ID, company ID, library card, birth
certificate, social security card, organization ID (athletic club, etc.).
Children traveling alone between the ages of five and fourteen are not
required to show ID at time of check-in, however, they are encouraged to
carry some form of ID during travel. For additional information regarding
children traveling alone, please visit the airline’s website.
 
Q.Is there a shuttle service to the campus?
A.Taxicabs are available to transport passengers from either the
commercial terminal or the general aviation terminal. There is not a
shuttle service available at this time.
 
Q.How far is it to the Texas A&M campus?
A.The airport is located on the west side of the campus property. It is
approximately two miles from the airport to the center of campus.
