John H. Happ, Jr. has been with Easterwood Airport since 1996 and has served as Director of Aviation since 2000. Prior to joining the airport, John served as Professor of Aerospace Studies at Texas A&M University. John retired from the United States Air Force in 1996 as a Colonel. In addition to his duties as Airport Director, John also serves on the College Station City Council and as Vice Chairman of the Texas High Speed Rail Transportation Corporation. John is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Webster College, Air War College and Armed Forces Staff College.

 Gary Teston has been with Easterwood Airport since 1999.  His areas of responsibility include the Airfield, Safety, Maintenance, General Aviation, the FBO and Construction.  Gary is a 1980 graduate of the Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Management.  Gary served as a pilot in the United States Air Force for 15 years and spent three years with DFW Airport Operations prior to his arrival at Easterwood.
